Ev Design Office: The economic conditions of Middle Eastern countries have made small-scale spaces less popular. The existence of these economic conditions in the profession of architecture has also been influential. Therefore, it has caused a wave of small houses on cheap land. Therefore, this situation is a new challenge for the architects of our generation so that we can achieve the best possible result with the lowest costs.

The tiny home site plan is located in a forested and mountainous area. In designing this villa, we chose metal as the main material of the building and tried to raise the building like trees that are separated from the ground with their trunks and create a sense of suspension in it. So, one column, like the trunks of trees, separate the building from the ground and lift it up. We have also tried to do the least damage to nature. Despite the small scale of the building (45 m²), we tried to create a practical and suitable space for spending the weekend. The presence of a large balcony in this project allows the user to spend more hours in the heart of nature and enjoy it. Tiny home villa is in the category of small scale villas.

Although hot and dry climate prevails in most parts of Iran, but the southern coast of the Caspian Sea has climatic advantages of this region. The findings show that design strategies based on traditional architecture are still applicable in the temperate humid climate of the region and can lead to low energy buildings. Construction of small buildings In the past, this climate was common in the warehouse of agricultural products. Our project was formed by adapting to the local architecture and the needs of the client.
