Roofs are one of the most important parts of a house, as they protect not only the structure itself but also everything inside it. As such, roof maintenance is essential for preserving the integrity of a home and ensuring that its occupants can remain safe and comfortable.

The Alameda Jardins is designed to feature art (incorporating a Vik Muniz original piece), green (landscape by Pamela Burton) and a high standard architecture that features sharp edges, biophilic facades and high end technology - it’s the city’s first condo to receive GBC’s Gold level sustainability certification.

Located in Merida, Yucatan, Caustic House is a tiny house with a cozy living, outdoor kitchen, and private showroom. The swimming lane passes through entire house refreshing the social area, the dynamic pattern facade imitates the effect of caustic water with the arrangement of brick.
