007studio: Miam's is a restaurant specializing in pizza and European cuisine, as well as a café and pastry shop. Miam's was created with the mission to deliver delicious, convenient, and healthy meals made from premium ingredients. With the current site being rectangular in shape and benefiting from three open facades, combined with the client’s business needs, the design team arranged the functional zones in a way that optimizes usability, aesthetics, and investment costs.

On the ground floor, the access routes are segregated: a separate entrance for the supply area, a distinct entrance for café patrons, and another for customers accessing the restaurant’s spaces on the second and third floors. The café, pizza, and pastry sections are designed in different layers, with outdoor sidewalk seating, a covered porch area, and the interior dining spaces. This layout maximizes the use of natural light and ventilation, while also offering expansive views for customers.

The building adopts a modern architectural language, with clear and coherent design elements, blending colors and materials to create a unique and striking architectural identity for the neighborhood. The design language is consistently applied from the exterior façade to the interior spaces, ensuring a seamless and unified aesthetic experience.

The lighting design of the building is a key aspect, requiring the architect to pay close attention to every detail and space. Daytime natural light enhances the building’s form and material beauty, creating a harmonious blend that results in a delightful, fluid composition. In the evening, artificial lighting adds depth to the architectural space, fostering an intimate and cozy atmosphere. Combined with the colors, it transforms the building into an irresistible “dessert” that anyone would want to indulge in immediately. With the motto "Soft and fragrant with a touch of love," we hope that Miam’s efforts today will resonate with everyone.
