This majestic property presents itself as a luxurious refuge in a sophisticated and elegant environment, designed for those who seek the best in life. On the ground floor, we find the social areas of the house, which include spacious rest rooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and an elegant and cozy dining room. In addition, this floor has impressive views of the garden and the pool, which blend perfectly with the minimalist design of the house. On the upper floor, there are the rooms, including the main bedroom and three additional rooms, each with its own bathroom, which guarantees privacy and comfort for all the inhabitants of the house.

In addition, on the third floor, we find the roof, which has a bar area and rest room, ideal for enjoying panoramic views of the city. Lastly, the basement is an impressive space, designed for entertaining and relaxation. It has a large swimming pool, a gym, a squash area, a cinema, a spa and a children's play area, offering options for all tastes and needs. The exterior design of the house is minimalist, with a façade with clean and simple lines that contrasts with the exuberance of the surrounding landscape. The use of high-quality materials, such as concrete, wood and marble, is complemented by the interior design in Wabi Sabi style, which highlights elegance and simplicity in decoration.
