The overall design is in white and light gray with accent black linear inserts, which maintains the modern forms of the complex, while at the same time destroying the border between home and courtyard.
It was important for the client to place a complex of two structures on ten acres: the main house with a large area for receiving guests and a detached summer house. When placing houses, Sence Architects took into account the need to hide the view of neighboring buildings. As a result, most of the Plot windows face the courtyard of the site. Our designers decided to visually combine both buildings by placing a common relaxation area between them - a patio overlooking a minimalistic pool.
