Dehonor Arquitectos: Located southwest of the city of Morelia, immersed in a residential area just a few steps from the most important financial area of the city, is the FAS house. The house arises from the need of our clients to have a habitable refuge, a residence fully adjusted to the contemporary lifestyle that fulfills all the functions to be performed by its owners. Its name "FAS" comes from its place of origin, since it is located on the avenue named "Fray Antonio de San Miguel" being an abbreviation of the name of the avenue.

The house is organized from the double-height living room space, framing the main circulation axis through the entire residence, surrounded by spaces such as the dining room, kitchen, stairs and garden, allowing the architectural space to visually display its different areas. From this space, the main routes that communicate all the functions of the project are planned, thus generating a dialogue between the user and the architecture. The house is designed on three levels. The first level houses the social core, the bedroom on the ground floor and the service area.

The spaces designed and interconnected within the house allow for visual continuity between users, thus promoting a social core without interruptions in most of the residence. The second level is used for the private bedroom area. On this level, the main circulation axis is also framed by the double height, directing the circulation on this second floor. This is designed so that the circulation within this axis, in addition to connecting the different areas of the project, allows for the visual continuity between the different spaces that are framed along the way to be experienced from different perspectives.

On the third level we find a roof garden, which is designed to share incredible moments of family entertainment, since it has a game room, an outdoor rest area and even a small dining area with a grill to prepare food, all these spaces with an incredible view of the city of Morelia, creating an incredible tranquility and calm for the users of this space

Throughout the house through the circulations and paths that these generate we can find two types of stone finishes juxtaposed with cream tones, which seek to have interaction generating through their textures and complemented by the height of 2.80 meters in their ceilings, calm and calm to the user. Lighting plays an important role in the house since we have two types of lighting, warm and cold, which coexist in the spaces in a harmonious way generating an atmosphere of tranquility, but also of activity if required.

The location of the house is designed to maximize the spaces required by the user, taking advantage of natural light and ventilation, thus optimizing energy consumption. The volumetry is the product of this search. The use of exposed materials such as wood, in harmony with finishes such as natural stone, in addition to the vegetation which is consistent in the proposal, results in a satisfactory visual experience.
