Shawa Architecture is proud to have worked on this villa with thought of making its design as iconic as possible both inside and outside. The project truly stands out in the luxury area of Dubai Hills, thanks to its creative and futuristic look of the elevation, custom-designed parametric pattern that makes the daylight go through and is also applied to the landscape, its immensely large windows and strictly light colors used in the design.

The main idea for this beautiful villa project was to create a peaceful, luxury, modern and bright environment, where each space is cozy and tranquil. The rooms are very airy and full of light all day long, while once the sun goes down, each area gets its relaxing and romantic feel. The roof of the structure plays an important role as  its parametric pattern creates the most unique game of light on walls and floors. The main spiral staircase is at the center of it all, which is why its design is simplistic and futuristic, perfectly marrying the atrium of the lounge area and the open kitchen that overlooks the pool. The main colors selected specifically for this villa are white, beige and light grey as these are very soothing to the eye and work perfectly with modern and luxury features of the interior.
