A contemporary design and build project in Sydney's beachside suburb of Clovelly. Following a considered design process and development approval with Randwick Council, we worked closely alongside the builder and client to complete this truly collaborative project.

In the environs of Valle de Bravo, Casa Rancho Avándaro is a weekend retreat designed primarily to make the most of its extensive natural surroundings. The house is a commanding presence on the landscape, striking a balance between the well-tended gardens and the imposing stone buildings.

The Malabar Hill Forest Trail creates an elevated, winding, wooden walkway for people to experience the 12-acre Malabar Hill forest, one of the last remaining natural ecosystems in Mumbai, India. The project presents a novel way to catalyse the preservation and restoration of often neglected and degrading urban forests that are increasingly prone to the effects of unchecked development.

An open bedroom without doors or windows where we invite nature to enter and channel the light and wind from the environment at our convenience is a premise that we work on in this conceptual design, we try to combine elements of nature such as wood, stone, water in relationship with the landscape sculpting organic shapes to generate this experience in space, we only try to contrast the furniture as functional elements within the habitat in order to achieve dreams even so while awake.

Big Branzino is a floating sauna designed by Thomas Sandell and Johan Strandlund at Swedish architecture firm sandellsandberg architects. It can travel at a speed of five knots and is bespoke built to enjoy saunas and entertain guests in the beautiful nature of the Stockholm archipelago. 

When the project began, there was only one certainty: that when the building was finished, the program would already have changed. The institution was in the process of growing, and that was a fact.During development, the Meeting Room mutated into a Multipurpose Room and then into an Auditorium, the Mutual changed places three times; and about to finish the building, it was decided to incorporate the offices that functioned in an annex building.
