Nature themed daycare center in the city. To design the new daycare center, they hired ZENI arkitekter, a local architect’s studio. Through a series of meetings and workshop with representatives from the three existing daycare centers and the municipality, the program and ambitions were established, to create a strong, common offset for the design process.

Renovation of an early 1900’s apartment in a tenement house. We tailored this renovation of an apartment from the turn of the 19th century in Prague’s Bubeneč district to young clients with two, perhaps three little creatures. The clients, together with the space and place as such, were the primary source of inspiration – their requirements, lifestyle, and the feeling they evoke.

Located on a sagebrush plain north of Jackson, Wyoming, Logan Pavilion is the family home of Eric Logan, Design Principal at CLB Architects, and his wife, two college-age daughters, and their pets. Originally built in 1997 on an aggressive four-month construction schedule and a tight budget, the minimalist home has adapted over time, evolving with the family’s needs.

The Crate & Barrel design and construction team brought together an array of talent to execute on their first-ever, full-service restaurant concept. The goal was to create a welcoming dining experience and immerse guests in the Crate & Barrel story.

Designer's statement: The project is called “The Beach Loft” and it is a renovation that I fully designed and built.  My company is TYPE-D Living and I specialize in the design and build of restaurants, bars, and unique residential spaces.  

Let's continue the topic of trends in 2023. After analyzing the trends in architecture, we will move to the interior space and consider the interior design trends of the coming year.

Nam's house is a hidden intercalary space in the urban area because this house is located in the planning of the Doi Nhan (Vinh Phuc) route since 1999. After 21 years, this project still has not been implemented and will likely not be implemented. Therefore, it creates distances and fragmentation not only in time but also in space around the households residing in this residential area.

It's that time of year again when the leaves start to change color, the air becomes a little crisper, and pumpkin spice everything starts popping up everywhere. Yes, it's almost Halloween!
