Liuba is located in the south of Qinling Mountains, experiencing four distinct seasons and pleasant weather. As the entrance to Liuba Mountain Scenic Area, the service center is located in a mountain lap in Liuba County. It mainly contains reception and consultation, public toilets, cultural and creative products sales, and a book bar not only providing a place for rest for the villagers, but also showcasing a strong sense of openness.

The project is the result of a collaboration between Bureau Nautes and the architect Delphine Levy. The flat is located in an early 20th century building. The owners have gradually acquired the 6 maid’s rooms in the wing on the second courtyard of the building.

The Aficionados presents properties surrounded by the sounds of nature and framed by majestic landscapes that encourage contemplation. In Italy, Austria, Ireland and Greece.

The project is the result of a collaboration between Bureau Nautes and the designer Paul Tubiana. The flat is located in a building from the 1960s ; its geometry responds to the articulation of the rue de Crimée and the rue de l’Escaut. This inflection in the façade separates the day part from the night part of the flat. The building is composed of 28 flats spread over 7 floors.

YI+MU's renovations of the Blue Lake-Lakeside Teahouse spanned the tumultuous pandemic from 2021 to 2023 and is now finally unveiled to the public as one of the best teahouses ranked on social media. After thorough research, YI+MU came up with a way to marry both old and new when it came to teahouse renovation: injecting simplicity and liberality into the old structure to reconnect it with space and time.
