Devesa Pharmacy is located in Vila Nova de Famalicão, nestled between the city's green areas and the urban center. Its prime location, with direct road access via Avenida do Brasil, played a pivotal role in selecting the site and realizing the project.

Our studio is located on the first floor of the renovation that we carried out on an exposed brick chalet from the 90s. We adopted the same materiality of the exterior since through its windows that open to the street its interior becomes part of the façade.

In 2023, this apartment, named after its owner's passion for jewelry, became a beautiful haven in an otherwise humble location.

The challenge is to design a beach house where the geographical and climatic characteristics of the area are treated in such a way that they generate a contribution to the project both in the way of treating the wind, as well as the sun and shadows for the location of the house, terraces, the pool and the rest of the outdoor spaces.
