A visionary refurbishment project by GG-loop in the Southern-Italian town of Altamura, transforms the architect’s family house into a place dedicated to the Arts.

Milad Eshtiyaghi: The stairway street project is located in India. We designed this project based on its needs to meet the needs of the project site and the needs of residents and client. This project has 16 floors, one commercial floor on the ground floor, 4 parking floor, 10 residential floors and 2 floors for the pool and gym. It is named after the expose staircase in the southern view.

Didgah Design Architecture Studio: At first, the idea was to have a complete view of the pristine nature. This project aims to give the user a feeling of being suspended midair and a bird’s-eye view. The structure was inspired by a flying bird that holds the user in its wings. The user can then use the rails to move along the width of the valley and use the hydraulic jacks to adjust their height. The user can choose a new view at any point in time.

314 Architecture Studio unveils butterfly-shaped residential proposal in Athens, Greece. Settling within the seaside suburb of Vouliagmeni, in Athens, Greece, the new residential proposal by 314 Architecture Studio adopts the distinct shape of a butterfly. A series of organic curves form the unique dwelling complex, comprised of four different independent units, with each one including both a basement and a top floor.

Located in the town of Woodstock, New York, this inspiring cabin was designed by Antony Gibbon Designs.

Fatma Çetin: I designed a calm area on the facade that dominates the view. The processed part of 55 m² area is a bedroom. I kept the glass windows as wide as possible in order to have the whole view. The design with dark colors was enlivened by lighting and accessories.

Ahmed Samy: Port Fouad was planned at a later date on the eastern side of the canal, it was needed to plan workshops and housing for the SCC employees. There were two kinds of houses with different morphologies planned: the engineers or high rank employees, and the workers quarter.

Designer's statement: The project is called “The Beach Loft” and it is a renovation that I fully designed and built.  My company is TYPE-D Living and I specialize in the design and build of restaurants, bars, and unique residential spaces.
