Grizzo Studio: Bienetre is a project that is located in the heart of the residential neighborhood of Villa del Parque. In front, a 1940s English-style house will be completely restored and revalued, respecting its original materials without altering the identity of the neighborhood. In the original garden of the house and projected from the location of the trees and existing vegetation, a new space with low vaulted ceilings will be annexed that respond to the arches of the existing home.
