Elevated entertaining with sublime views over the Palm Jumeirah. Located on the Shoreline of the Palm Jumeirah, offering sunset views over West Beach, this impressive space has been entirely re-imagined by Mercury Projects. The property showcases an evident super prime design narrative, yet also works as a highly intuitive living space, displaying the utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship. The 5,241 sqft. penthouse is a Duplex layout, presented as three bedrooms plus study, four bathrooms and three terraces.

Grandeur and scale matched with warmth and expressive character.

Upon entry, guests are welcomed by the performative sweep of the porcelain and crystal chandelier, suspended over the downstairs dining and formal living area, setting a mood of glamorous theatricality. A narrative of elevated grandeur is created by the drama of floor to ceiling mirrors which reflect the chandelier and outside terrace, whilst a drum kit nods to the expressive intent of the design team. Antique Persian rugs add depth and personality.

Clad in butter soft leathers, suede and cream, the study boasts a private sauna, perfect for the discerning dealmaker.

To the right of the living area is the study, created as a sanctuary for the elite, clad in rich brown suede, leather and cream; a room designed to impress and encourage powerful focus. A secret door reveals a hidden sauna area for private rejuvenation, away from the pressure of international commerce and a packed social calendar.

Using the Penthouse’s namesake Viola marble, the glamorous kitchen has been lovingly designed to be as functional as it is beautiful.

The kitchen showcases the striking interplay between the Penthouse’s namesake Viola marble with oak, with bronze and fluted glass fittings to achieve a sleek, metropolitan aesthetic. The ktichen has been designed by Mercury’s architects to be a functional space for chefs looking to entertain in complete style.

Entertainment is always within easy reach, with private areas for family time and relaxed social moments.

Upstairs boasts an open plan living and bar area, presented in a tableau of blues to mirror the sea views beyond. At once comfortable and ornamental, with its oversize wrap-around sofa and mid-century chairs in Missoni inspired tweed, this is the place for playful family moments and late-night movie watching. Entertainment is always a moment away in the Penthouse, here provided from the corner bar, again in Viola marble, allowing refreshments of all nature at all hours.

Each of the three generously apportioned bedrooms, showcases design acuity and flair.

The master bedroom achieves a sense of unparalleled visual harmony using cream in a myriad of textures from linen, tweed and boucle, offset with emerald accents in the antique carpet. The master benefits from a large walk- in wardrobe to cater to even the most acquisitive fashionista and an ensuite with sea views. Bedroom one utilizes burgundy and China blue in a variety of suede finishes, contrasted with walnut to evoke a charming mid-century feel, whilst Bedroom two uses warm woods, rust velvet and soft pistachio to elegant effect. All bedrooms are complimented by full marble en- suite bathrooms.
