SIP Studio: Hang in the sky, a swing chair on the sandy floor sits in the silence of the roaring waves of the Persian Gulf, watching the horizon. In the 21st century, the fundamental issue of architecture is the identity that emerges from its geography and community. Sea House derives its identity from the historic Bastakiya neighborhood that is today Called Al-Fahidi, which is the true and hidden identity of the UAE, Dubai. The construction of the Bastakiya historical neighborhood dates back to 1890 AD when the affluent Persian Merchants migrated from the southern Iranian town of Bastak to present-day Dubai. They also brought their architectural knowledge and built a neighborhood called Bastakiya.

Sea House represents itself along the Bastakiya historical architecture with a contemporary figure. Sea House is proposed as an elegant space to enhance the perceptions, views, and experiences that only the seaside can offer. Relaxing in the warm water of a pool at night, far from the lights of Dubai, to enjoying the starred sky, contemplating the horizon from the swing chair on calm days, admiring the rough sea on windy days from the living room. Architecture and nature are intertwined. Despite being different, even opposed, they are deeply connected. Sea House is where a cozy home for a family with a courtyard, and the connection with the sea and the beach is the main focus.
