QBO3 Arquitectos: This remarkable architectural design of house HE25, located in Zapotal, a wonderful enclave of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Represents both a significant challenge and a deeply rewarding experience for the team behind it. The vision guiding this project was to create a space that harmonizes with the natural elements of its surroundings, achieving a seamless fusion between architecture and the lush beauty of the landscape.

From the outset, the distinctive characteristics of the region—its rich tropical vegetation, varied topography, and warm climate—were carefully considered to make the most of the available natural resources. The house blends fluidly with its environment, capturing the essence of Guanacaste. By using materials such as wood and stone, it brings a warmth to the design. Each space is thoughtfully positioned to offer breathtaking views, ensuring that residents can fully enjoy the landscape from every corner. This balance between modern architectural elements and nature not only enhances the location but also creates an extraordinary living experience for its inhabitants.

The design process for HE25 House has been an opportunity to innovate with deep respect for the environment, making the most of the natural richness that this Costa Rican gem has to offer.
