The sixth villa in the oyster villa complex called Gilda. Gilda in the original Persian language means gold. In fact, Gilda is white gold that shines as the largest and most special villa in the complex.

Zaha Hadid Architects: Opening this week and presented at Art Basel Miami Beach, 'NFTism' is a virtual gallery exploring architecture and social interaction in the metaverse.

The multipurpose room is located in the back of a company that provides integral services. This company plays an important role in the recycling of waste and remnants of the main automotive companies in the country and has a strong relationship with sustainability and environmental care.

The spacious area is an example of elegance and simplicity, with it's luxury finishes, wall/ceiling claddings, marble flooring and decorative objects. The main idea of this project was creating a more lively living space by turning it into a home cinema and entertaining area while keeping the luxury and warm feeling in the space.

We are all looking for more outdoor space to make our lives healthier and easier. Whether it is a place where we can party, relax or just do some gardening, having an outside area has become more of a need than just a luxury.

Award winning  LaRue Architects designed a unique residence perched on a lakeside cliff with a 150 feet vertical drop, located on Austin’s beautiful Lake Travis. 

In designing this project, we tried to design it without removing the existing trees. The idea of this tower is taken from the trees on the project site so that the main trunk of the tree acts as a central core and has stairs and elevators inside, and each unit is connected to the main trunk like a branch and has access to the stairs inside.
