1. About the inspiration and key concepts for the project development

MIRAI IDCD: Because they are a travel agency, we wanted to create a travel atmosphere. The location is close to the airport, so we also prepared a café space where you can communicate while watching the planes take off and land through the window. We believe that travel is the best time to create emotions and memories. That's why we tried to create a space where we could propose many different options to our customers.

2. Difficulties or initial setbacks faced

Because it is on the top floor of an old office building, insulation from sunlight is poor, so we adopted a system ceiling that makes it easier to maintain the air conditioning, etc.

3. Regarding the construction techniques and main materials used in the project:

Interior: Paint, laminate, flooring

4. Spatial composition and main reasons

To clarify the purpose of use of the office and free area, we clearly divided it into left and right. The office on the right side of the entrance is the daily work area for staff. By putting up airplane graphics at the end, we created an atmosphere of releasing tension and starting work happily (departure). The left side is free to use. This is because we thought that it is essential to have a relaxed mind when making travel proposals. Green is an attractive color of Southeast Asia, so of course we incorporated it into the design. They have customers from inside and outside Vietnam, so we chose this design to create a Vietnamese and travel-like atmosphere and to make them feel excited about the proposals of this company.
