YODEZEEN Compliments the Project Unveiling with a New Full-Scope Video Featuring Interviews with the Architects and Detailed Views Inside of the Residence.

YODEZEEN, the London-based international design firm co-founded by Artur Sharf and Artem Zverev, officially unveils its latest luxury residential marvel, Sierra House, a private residence located in the lush rural region outside of Kyiv. This extraordinary residence spans an impressive area of 2,500 square meters (approximately 8,202 square feet) and embodies a bold and provocative modern design.

The Sierra House stands as a testament to YODEZEEN's commitment to pushing creative boundaries and redefining the concept of residential design. The project embodies a bold and provocative modern aesthetic by seamlessly integrating raw natural materials like basalt, corten, and glass. Meticulous craftsmanship pervades the entire building, creating an unparalleled effect that blurs the lines between art and architecture.

Central to the project's concept is YODEZEEN’s relentless pursuit of architectural innovation and the fearless combination of contrasting elements. The minimalist approach, characterized by sharp lines and cubic forms, exudes confidence and strength, inviting admiration and wonder from all who experience it. The house boasts a fusion of materials, such as wood, metal, and stone, thoughtfully curated to celebrate their inherent textures and qualities. The result is an architectural masterpiece that leaves a lasting emotional impact on all who behold it.

The Sierra House's bold architectural vision is reflected in its uncommon sharp corners, cubic shapes, and rigorous materials, perfectly exemplifying YODEZEEN's audacious style. Approximately 30% of the facade features basalt, skillfully processed by local craftsmen from Lutsk, Ukraine. Corten steel serves as another defining feature, and the floor - to - ceiling glass walls allow abundant natural light to illuminate the space and create a sense of openness and freedom.

"Sierra House exemplifies the culmination of our creative vision, showcasing the ability to conceive and execute a complete artistic narrative. The project leaves an indelible mark on the global design landscape, solidifying our position as pioneers in the world of architecture and design," says Artem Zverev, lead architect, and co - founder of YODEZEEN.

Throughout the construction, craftsmanship and attention to detail were paramount. Custom-made elements, meticulously selected veneers, and bespoke furniture were carefully integrated to achieve perfection and elevate the space to a level of unmatched sophistication. Notable materials used in the Sierra House include basalt, a volcanic rock, lending a rugged elegance to the structure, and corten steel, which develops a unique patina over time, adding an industrial charm. Wood and glass serve to infuse natural tranquility and blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, respectively, culminating in an awe - inspiring visual spectacle.

The planning of the Sierra House has been thoughtfully considered, with the basement floor designated for technical areas and staff, the main level comprising shared spaces like the kitchen and living room, and the third floor housing the bedrooms. The landscape design was diligently incorporated during the visualization stage, ensuring a symbiotic relationship between the architecture and the outdoor areas. Spacious terraces offer opportunities for relaxation, barbecuing, and taking in the picturesque surroundings.

The interior design of the Sierra House exudes an enchanting atmosphere that beckons visitors to return time and again. Each room within the residence showcases a harmonious blend of organic textures and carefully selected elements, creating an inviting and captivating environment. The use of exclusively natural materials, meticulously designed lighting systems, and numerous bespoke solutions add to the overall allure of the interior spaces.

From the inviting living room with its basalt - textured wall and signature designer lamps to the luxurious gray marble kitchen with warm wood accents, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a space that balances comfort, elegance, and functionality seamlessly. The dedication to achieving perfection is evident throughout the residence, with custom - made furniture, meticulously curated veneers, and a smart home system ensuring an exceptional living experience in every corner.

Sierra House is a testament to YODEZEEN's dedication to perfection, evident in the meticulously curated materials, bespoke designs, and the seamless blend of artistry and architecture. Its distinctiveness lies in its audacious design and harmonious integration with the natural surroundings. Sierra House follows recently completed and upcoming projects by the prolific architecture and design studio, including Bal Harbour Club in Miami; two new residential villas in Aspen and Madrid; penthouse apartments in Miami and several commercial projects in the U.S., UAE and Europe; and a luxury resort in Maldives, among others.
