The birth of a design-driven office space brand. In February 2020, the Fintech OfficeⅠand the Dragon Restaurant, located in and developed by the Ronghui International Building, were simultaneously put into operation. An office building dedicated to serving the Financial Technology industry, the Ronghui International Building had received great support from the Beijing Government, but like many other businesses in Beijing including those in the CBD, it felt the bite of the pandemic. It was during these challenging times that the Fintech Office made its debut.

The Aerada house is in a boiling hot place. Its facades work like ceramic radiators, which on the one hand disperse heat and shade its interior, and on the other allow the breeze and light to enter. Something in between the open and the closed.

The space is slightly square, surrounded by walls, with gates on all sides, crisscrossing the city in a chessboard-like layout. This is Pompeii. Which was destroyed because of Vesuvius and got eternal for the same reason. If Pompeii is UMA WANG's deconstruction and restoration of history through design, then this space tries to trace back this lost civilization through all the materials. It's a tribute, but also a rebirth after looking back on history.

A huge 600 sq.mt land in Nashik, beautifully carved into an ultimate luxurious and a magnificent scale residence, beaming with splendid work of art, volumes and interplay of multiple spaces designed at different levels. The pomp and glory of the residence reflects the lifestyle of the occupant. Rooting into the veins of vastu shastra, the design elements provide comfortable and luxe spaces with coveted furniture, lighting and interior styling.

McIntosh Poris Associates Redesigns Fisher Body 21 Plant as a Mixed‐Use Community. The Fisher Body 21 plant in Detroit seemed fated to be yet another majestic building let to decay—until now. Recently, Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan announced a plan to transform the former auto plant into a vibrant mixed‐used residential community.

Many students prefer to go out to study. Indeed, you have an option to sit in the library or cafe and focus on reading or writing. Some students say they concentrate better in noisy places. For others, it is not the case for various reasons. 

The design of a house is a process in which we work with the very essence of the client in order to translate it into an architectural project. Translating the user's personality, their ideologies, culture, tastes and hobbies, into spaces, colors and materials is what gives us the freedom to design without being tied to pre-established styles or forms, it allows us to explore different proposals until we reach the solution.

The Lesser Polish Eaves Cottage is a house which was inspired by the Polish wooden arcade architecture. Eaves houses located in the market square of Lanckorona are an interesting example of such architectural solutions.
