In addition to the Architecture, Interior Design and Construction Product categories, a new category - Landscape Architecture has been introduced, allowing companies to submit a variety of outstanding conceptual, in-progress or completed projects for the prestigious BLT Built Design Awards

Set within the heart of the village of Ansião, the focus of this project was the renovation an old games room, that was part of a restaurant, Tarouca Gastro Bar. In its essence, the project aimed at giving the space a new dynamic that would give it a welcoming ambience, not only for people going for a meal, but also for relaxing and socialising.

The Agnes Residence is a spectacular 21500 square foot home located in the middle of Accra, Ghana, central Africa.This home, consider in the studio as ́The One ́, shows a luxurious housing project that reflects and resembles the users' lifestyle, bringing a paradisiacal oasis into the chaotic concrete jungle. Focusing on improving the quality-of-life day by day, this home is ready to enhance family life, and become the perfect refuge.

The renovation was committed to preserving and integrating the existing cottage into the contemporary extension. This was achieved through the retention of traditional elements, such as the original stove that has been carved into the modern bathroom as a reminder of the properties history.

People traditionally prefer inexpensive and reliable plastic gutters or more solid steel gutters combined or contrasting with the facade finish and roof cover. If the owners desire to formalize the house non-standard, it makes sense to use gutters with a distinctive design.

VILLA is located in the landmark "Niumian Mountain" of  Puli, Nantou. The outline looks like a huge buffalo from afar, sitting and resting peacefully by the Meixi River that flows through Puli. The entire park covers an area of about  4,500 square meters with only 15 houses.

Architectural firm Levelstudio wanted not just a stylish modern office, where effective work will be in full swing. First, the customer saw a workspace that would create conditions for the interaction of knowledge and ideas. An office – creative workshop with large shelves with samples of design materials and professional books – this is how the client saw the concept of the project.

Designing of Building Façade is basically a combination of origins and cultures. Nowadays Copying architectural elements without considering the main concept behind it, caused chaos in the city’s image.
