The birth of a design-driven office space brand. In February 2020, the Fintech OfficeⅠand the Dragon Restaurant, located in and developed by the Ronghui International Building, were simultaneously put into operation. An office building dedicated to serving the Financial Technology industry, the Ronghui International Building had received great support from the Beijing Government, but like many other businesses in Beijing including those in the CBD, it felt the bite of the pandemic. It was during these challenging times that the Fintech Office made its debut.

The Breezy Villa is designed for a family of nine, being built in Montenegro, with biggest challenge on the alignment of the plan & the facade.

The new building of the Museum of Ethnography in the Budapest City Park (Városliget) was opened (23/05/2022). The multiple award-winnig new museum building – which is part of Europe’s largest urban-cultural development called Liget Budapest Project - designed by FERENCZ, Marcel; Napur Architect - has dynamic yet simple lines simultaneously harmonised with the park environment and communicating with the surrounding urban area

A Tropical, Modern Family Retreat by The Up Studio. Infinity House is a ground-up 19,000 SF family retreat on the Intracoastal Waterway of Boca Raton. The impressive size of the home is broken into five separate zones, allowing The Up Studio to create a sense of retreat for all of the occupants and visitors.

The Perched House stands true to its name; wherein the first floor mass hangs effortlessly on the ground floor, forming a minimal and indulging architectural elevation. The house rests in a modest plot size of 6800 sft. The dwelling of 3 bedrooms, common spaces and an entertainment room takes upto 6000 sft in its built form.
