CENTRUM Group presented their concept for a new "Opera for All" in Düsseldorf to the public. At the center of the concept are two high points that face each other harmoniously.

"Villa The Three Bests" is based on a concept for nature tourism located on the coast with the aim of bringing us closer to this type of natural maritime environment, it has 3 suites that move at different heights to take advantage of the views and connect with each other to use the structure and generate a unified concept that has a relationship between the different housing nuclei, each one of them has a small pool on the deck that works as a viewpoint with independent accesses, also the possibility of connecting through the sea where you can embark some yacht or boat

A subtle transition between two periods that cœxist in harmony the colonial and the contemporary period describes the essence of Casa Mulata, a residence that offers distinctive accommodation, the work of RootStudio, led by the architect João Boto Cæiro.

The main concept of the design is inspired by one of the masterpieces of the famous 20th century surrealist painter, Salvador Dali, called the Rhino. The Surrealist artists sought to channel the unconscious as a means to unlock the power of the imagination.

The concept of this module i s mobility. Parts of each structure can be assembled, disassembled and delivered in a spaceship, and assembled on the lunar surface. The structure of the building is made of lightweight -grade aluminum. The main living capsules from the inflatable sections. This technology is used in space industries such as Bigelow Aerospace.

Next to the renovated main building of the Tabalugahaus (former youth hostel Jägersbrunn), which was financed by the Thomas-Haffa-Foundation + Peter Maffay Foundation in 2010, was an old, dilapidated summer house.  Already parallel to the renovation, long before the building owner knew what was to happen to it, we proposed to create a bold and modern replacement building in wood to complement the tranquil main house

As the above name of the house, the Mehta Nivasaa's concept is all about giving the homely feeling to the one living there. Made on the fertile lands of Ludhiana, it is a space that consists of designs that follow the principles of aesthetics that defines one's persona and aura.

With the precision and foresight of a sculptor, our project chips away at the stifling ‘nice to haves’ of homelife, leaving behind only the essentials of elegant, functional living — the result is Humble House. In designing Humble House we denote that scaling down need not be synonymous with sacrifice, rather Humble House offers a refined, though unassuming aesthetic that advocates for the joys of stripping away excess and living simply with ease.
