Located at the foot of the Puerto Vallarta Marina, the architectural design for Vallarta House is based on bringing the unique landscape of the Pacific Bay into the residence without compromising the user’s privacy.

A house is always a challenge when designing, since it is necessary to understand those who will inhabit it, and shape their tastes and hobbies until it becomes a project that manages to transmit what they are and their way of living. Cooperation with the user is essential to be able to achieve the best design solution for the one that will become your home.

The history of the colonial building that houses Casa Hoyos is the crucial pillar that gives sustenance to the identity of this new boutique hotel. The property, located in San Miguel de Allende, was originally acquired by Julián Hoyos at the beginning of the 20th century to make it the first currency exchange bureau in town.

This month of November marks Dia de los Muertos  (Day of the dead) one of the most famous traditions in Mexico, this day brings together the living with the dead with different traditions and offerings such as the "Altar", so that deceased loved ones can visit us again.

This project consists of the design of a 700 m² seafood restaurant located in the “La Marquesa” forest in Toluca, State of Mexico. The Restaurant was conceptualized taking as reference the tail jump of the whales, the catenary of the whole place will be supported by a steel structure and tensioned cables.

This modern country house by D+S Arquitectos was built on a surface of approximately 4000 sq ft near the small town of Avandaro, in Valle de Bravo, Mexico. The land is surrounded by trees and it has an amazing view of the Valle de Bravo lake, located about 2 hours from Mexico City.

This house is located on an elongated site overlooking the ocean at San Jose del Cabo. A formal scheme was established with a series of large, heavy concrete walls and a serires of patios that configure the spaces within the house accompanied by water features, creating an atmosphere of serenity.
