Translating the user's personality, their ideologies, culture, tastes and hobbies, into spaces, colors and materials is what gives us the freedom to design without being tied to pre-established styles or shapes, it allows us to explore different proposals until we reach the solution.
Casa Tres Árboles developed by Mariana Morale’s design firm, dıreccıon is a remodeling project on a 25 year old outdated weekend home in Valle de Bravo, Mexico. The starting point for the design was the client’s directive: to give the house a refreshed style with updated finishes to accommodate more frequent visits while maintaining the weekend getaway feel of the place.
The proposal of the ZC family apartment, located in Bosques de las Lomas, is to generate spacious spaces, having a double height in the dining room, with wooden panels that surround and guide users through all spaces. A marble soffit that connects the common area and the private area stands out. The blacksmith lattice generates versatility and movement to obtain capacity and adaptation. The materials used reflect elegance and simplicity, contrast, furniture generates a contemporary style as a result.

Real de Los Reyes is a housing project designed by the architectural firm Miguel de la Torre mta+v. The spaces of the houses are designed to be versatile for daily life, meetings or rest. It offers the possibility of customizing the finishes according to the preferences and needs of its inhabitants. It has 13 houses, from 320 m2, distributed on three levels, with ample parking, a roof garden and a patio.
