This stunning new build in Austin, Texas is a study in Midcentury Architecture and Designed by Mark Odom Studio. The Inglewood Courtyard Residence  a 2,400 square foot light-filled home was designed around an entry sequence and circulation pathway that focuses on the courtyard and natural light.

Cleaning the kitchen is always a little more difficult and tedious than cleaning all the other rooms. The difficulty lies in the place's specificity the kitchen is designed for cooking, storing food, and eating. In addition, everything related to nutrition requires compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards.

Bungalow Villa D is a modern house designed on the full width of the plot. This contributes to great sun oriented use during the day. The living room is located below ground, giving maximum privacy in an intimate, although open space. Together with the client, a long and warm-coloured brick was chosen, which adds directional accents to the design of the villa.

People traditionally prefer inexpensive and reliable plastic gutters or more solid steel gutters combined or contrasting with the facade finish and roof cover. If the owners desire to formalize the house non-standard, it makes sense to use gutters with a distinctive design.

LA 68 is a cultural center located in a restored building in Yucatan, Mexico. The project by FMT Estudio considers the architectural proposal, interiors, custom-made furniture, and lighting design.

This is a collective housing building on a regular plot in the heart of Porto, on Passeio de São Lázaro. The building has two fronts, one oriented for the Passeio de São Lázaro and the other to the interior. It also has a small patio that was allocated to one of the aparta- ment.
