NEOffice: As a result of the slope of the site and in order to maximize its potential, we converted the first-floor level, which according to the client was dedicated to the main living space, kitchen, rooms, and guest service, into two mezzanine levels. During this process, the main living space and the kitchen have a smaller level difference in terms of access than the entrance. In addition, they also benefit from a high height of almost two floors. In contrast, the guest bedroom is also placed in a special separation and is completely separate.
The creation of a glass gap in the middle of the project, in addition to creating the absorption of sunlight from the south surface, which is very significant considering the climate of the project, has greatly helped to separate the spaces.
All the main corridors and stairs are located at the middle joint point, which, of course, will have a significant view of the pile of vegetation on the south side of the project.
Due to the high height of the poplar trees, light entering the project from the south is filtered and cast in shadows.
