Transformation of an Old Building
One of the key aspects of "Madame Zhu" was the transformation of the Merchant N.I. Mikhailov's House from 1874, which is recognized as a regional architectural monument. The architecture of the house features a blend of styles—Classicism and Baroque. It is a unique example of an urban mansion not only in the architecture of Perm but also has no analogs in the residential construction of the Urals. The designers carefully studied the architectural features of the space and decided to preserve its historical value while giving new elements a harmonious timelessness. In this process, color, form, and exquisite details were used to make the interior not only modern but also cozy.
