Hamidreza Edrisi & Houri Taleshi: Architectural design with a futuristic and highly innovative approach to high-rise construction. The structure is composed of modular and cube-like units arranged in an irregular yet carefully coordinated arrangement. The stacked cubes and fragmented composition creates create a dynamic and multi-dimensional appearance, providing a visual contrast to traditional architectural forms, distinguishing it from traditional monolithic skyscrapers.

This type of design reflects the modern architectural trends of deconstruction and parametricism, where disorder and complex geometries take center stage. The use of a white and glass exterior reflects transparency, openness and lightness  inviting natural light into the space while blending harmoniously with the surrounding urban landscape and act as a prominent urban symbol.

The elevated volumes and stepped facades allow for a variety of uses including residential, commercial and leisure spaces with abundant terraces and green areas. This spatial arrangement not only offers flexibility in function, but also fosters a sense of community by incorporating public spaces at ground level.

A key feature of the design is its integration of public and private spaces. The lower levels function as commercial or cultural centers commercial spaces enhancing the dynamic urban space, while the upper floors are house residential units, luxury offices, or hotel spaces.

One of the most appealing aspects of the design is its dynamic volumetric composition. Rather than following a conventional vertical stacking system, the building design is rearranged and rearranged in a seemingly random yet structurally sound manner. This approach not only enhances visual appeal, but also maximizes natural ventilation, daylight penetration and views of the surrounding area. Generous use of glass enhances transparency and connectivity, enhancing the sense of openness between interior and exterior spaces. The design is highly versatile and adaptable to a variety of uses, including luxury residences, high-end offices, hotels or mixed-use developments. The integration of sky bridges, suspended gardens and open terraces reflects an emphasis on community and well-being, providing a unique experience for living and working.

Overall, this design represents a new era of high-rise architecture, blending art, function, and sustainability. It would be a perfect addition to cities that seek to redefine urban living through bold, experimental architecture.
