B13 Architecture and Interior Design Studio: At first glance, István Bényei's family house near Buda is an archetypal formula that conveys an easily decodable message. However, pure shaping is not a mere architectural decree, but a consequence: a high-quality depiction of the meticulously thought-out way of life of the inhabitants.

Characteristics
Challenging the way our everyday objects are designed, seen, experienced and inhabited, the Slide Sink is part of a series of domestic objects that go a step beyond the typologies we are used to, embracing the elements of movement, interaction, fun and play in its use.The purity of the cubic marble form is deconstructed, acquiring further dimensions and functions. A lot of work and clever engineering was put towards minimising its weight while achieving the very smooth sliding movement of the drawers.
Material
All interiors including the sink are in metal: oxidized bronze. The drawers, on the outside, are cladded in stone
