Nino Zvarkovskaya: Nestled in lush greenery, this summer house is a seamless blend of modern architecture and inviting interior design. The exterior boasts clean lines and expansive glass windows that integrate the outdoor and indoor spaces, while a striking water feature adds a serene ambiance. The garden is thoughtfully landscaped with neat hedges and cozy lounge areas, including stylish hanging chairs.

Inside, the living space is an epitome of contemporary elegance, with a neutral color palette that speaks of calm and sophistication. The open-plan area is divided into a living room, with plush seating arranged around a sleek fireplace, and a dining area defined by a large, minimalist table surrounded by chic, textured chairs. Strategic lighting, from the starry pendant lights to the soft glow of the fireplace, creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The interior is a testament to the beauty of simplicity, combining comfort with a modern aesthetic that complements the architectural design of the house.

This harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor elements, along with the luxurious yet understated decor, encapsulates the essence of a modern summer retreat designed for relaxation and style.
