The studio of commercial design YOD Design Lab has created the interior of the new Buddha-Bar New York. That is a two-story restaurant featuring Asian cuisine based in the Tribeca neighborhood in Manhattan. The main idea of the project is reincarnation. We expressed it in the rebirth of materials, space, and the big brand that history had begun from the opening of the first Buddha-Bar in Paris back in 1996.

The birth of a design-driven office space brand. In February 2020, the Fintech OfficeⅠand the Dragon Restaurant, located in and developed by the Ronghui International Building, were simultaneously put into operation. An office building dedicated to serving the Financial Technology industry, the Ronghui International Building had received great support from the Beijing Government, but like many other businesses in Beijing including those in the CBD, it felt the bite of the pandemic. It was during these challenging times that the Fintech Office made its debut.

YOD Design Lab: It is a six-storey venue with a unique concept that is reflected in its interior. MAD Bars House gathered 5 bars and restaurants under one roof. The higher the floor, the higher the alcohol percentage in beverages they serve.

The Japanese architecture firm Yuji Tanabe Architects has recently completed WORK x ation Site KARUIZAWA, a renovation project of a commercial building which was used as a restaurant before into workation offices that was to support a flexible working style.

Hotel complex located on the trees of a forest that are connected to each other by wooden suspension bridges and tensioners, all part of a central nucleus with a vestibule and a viewpoint restaurant that distributes the bedrooms with bathrooms.

Set within the heart of the village of Ansião, the focus of this project was the renovation an old games room, that was part of a restaurant, Tarouca Gastro Bar. In its essence, the project aimed at giving the space a new dynamic that would give it a welcoming ambience, not only for people going for a meal, but also for relaxing and socialising.

Designer's statement: The project is called “The Beach Loft” and it is a renovation that I fully designed and built.  My company is TYPE-D Living and I specialize in the design and build of restaurants, bars, and unique residential spaces.
