Drawn to the extensive vegetation rather than the views to the ocean, the client’s brief asked for an experience “like camping amongst the trees, but without the tent”. Rather than optimising views to the ocean that may be lost over time as the foreshore vegetation matures, this home is thoughtfully woven between the existing stand of Brushbox trees on the site.

Ortiz Architecture: The tree house was designed to cope with and adapt to the site’s various physical and climatic conditions, allowing the user to control the built environment according to the external variables, thus promoting a seamless and integrated experience between architecture and nature.

The Parchís House arose from working on a project where we had so much fun that it ended up becoming a game. In this case, we learned to play with space and its finishes. We started by devising versatile solutions that would increase the use of every corner and we ended up combining colours to fill them with vitality, hence our Parchís House was born.

The Bailey Residence offered a rare opportunity to renovate the interiors for one of the original 1970s Country House Condos at Central Oregon’s Black Butte Ranch – a beloved family home that had not been updated in many decades.

Designed by Spanish architecture studio Alberto Facundo Arquitectura, the House Catorce is located in La Canal de Navarrés, at the outskirts of Bolbaite town. Our intervention is intended to adapt to the environment, which we should undoubtedly take advantage of, while also taking into account its orientations.

Casa Tres Árboles developed by Mariana Morale’s design firm, dıreccıon is a remodeling project on a 25 year old outdated weekend home in Valle de Bravo, Mexico. The starting point for the design was the client’s directive: to give the house a refreshed style with updated finishes to accommodate more frequent visits while maintaining the weekend getaway feel of the place.
