His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has launched Balghaiylam, a new residential development located north-east of Yas Island.

An urban landscape inside a former airplane parts storage warehouse accommodates an eclectic series of uses for a Los Angeles area private school, while at the same time providing an inspirational series of intervening spaces to enrich the student experience.

Río Arriba is a residential building located in the northern area of the city of Rosario where the Paraná River, Alem Park and the new Municipal Aquarium complex converge. It is made up of 20 floors with a unique and differential feature: its large individual terraces that look at different planes of a great scene: the river, the vegetation and the height.

The project introduces a flexible space aimed at addressing hunger in highly polluted regions of Africa. Its purpose is to ensure food security in areas that face challenges of soil and water contamination, leading to malnutrition. The architectural program comprises circular free-standing structures that enclose a courtyard, serving as a secure space for children and their mothers.

The designing of a home is apparently designing a lifestyle. It is not only bringing together the soil, climate, material but also weaves the lifestyle of the inhabitants. For each design and client there is a unique combination of influences – people, places, events, memories and perception which they have absorbed and observed.

XX. designed by the Architect Manuel Norte Junior (1878 -1962), whose works are easily identifiable by the introduction of decorative elements inspired by Art Nouveau, including distinguished in several works in the city of Lisbon with the Valmor Prize.

I always wanted to design a skyscraper in London style, finally I did design it. This is the year 2030!  The concept for a thirty store building in London, that has a white parametric surface with blue glasses.
