Casa HANNAH, in Merida, Yucatan, is a project that maximizes spatial sensation, by playing with double heights and integrating the exterior with the interior.
This project is located in a special location, in a luxury cluster in the magical city of Puebla. Its volume is fully adaptive to the geometry of the terrain, as well as its coating and exterior finishes. Its interior stands out for its neatness and delicacy, with continuous coatings, giving its interior a monolithic appearance, which highlights the rest of the interior elements that make it up.
The challenge of the project was to design "... a studio that does not see the house, and a house that does not see the studio." The house is immersed in a country context, where a piece of land is located, among beech trees. The design is conceived from the premise of not touching any tree.

The property is located in the municipality of San Pedro, Nuevo León, approximately in the valley of Monterrey. This starting point defines the configuration of the project. The privileged environment, with a slight slope that descends to the south and some main views that open in the same direction, allowed the project to adapt naturally.

Opening up to expansive views of the ocean, interior and exterior spaces fuse together in seamless transition. Our role encompassed the design of the hotel interior and Nobu restaurant.
