A hilly area in Chonan-machi located in the center of the Boso Peninsula. This is a one-story villa with a spacious outdoor living room and pool, located on a vast site surrounded by forest. The client's family living in Tokyo started planning a villa as a base to spend weekends on the Boso Peninsula, which is rich in nature, and enjoy their favorite pool, sea, fruit cultivation, and cuisine made with Boso seafood with close friends.

What do grandparents do when they want to host children and grandchildren joyfully? They renovate, break walls, and infuse their home with lots of light and happiness over the past thirty years, making space for the whole tribe.

Our completed residential project in Hanoi boasts a distinctive land shape, characterized by six irregular edges, challenging the conventional norms of design. The uniqueness of the plot demanded an innovative and unique design approach to optimize space and create a luxurious living environment.

This hotel project on Shanghai Changxing Island lies far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The designer’s intent was to give visitors a first impression of poetic elegance born from an aesthetic of natural simplicity, recalling an atmosphere of the moon at night reflected in clear, calm waters.

The penthouse apartment of the couple in their 70s stands out, not just because of its fantastic location and open, well-lit spaces, but also (and perhaps primarily) due to the integration of authentic and eclectic elements that the homeowner, an artist, curated and crafted. Iron and wood merge in a space that's both rustic and ultra-modern, overseen by architect Yaron Eldad, who collaborated in the process.

Casa Banderas emerges as an architectural endeavor rooted in the reutilization and recycling of a previous, yet unrealized, architectural proposal, adapted harmoniously to its new location in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico. The act of recycling, in this case, has granted the opportunity to rediscover and reimagine the untapped potential of this project within an entirely novel setting.
