El Torón Reserve is located on the coast of Oaxaca, at the southernmost point of the Mexican Pacific coastline and a few kilometers from Mazunte, between Mermejita and Ventanilla beaches. It is a protected 30-hectare area characterized by mixed vegetation and rugged topography, with steep cliffs and hilltops creating hard-to-reach spots and a unique natural beauty.

The High Street Apartments is Gardiner Architects’ first high-rise multi-residential project. Located in Thornbury, Melbourne, the project is a mixed-use building, with thirteen apartments above a ground floor carpark and restaurant fronting High Street. Differing from your usual apartment development model, there was an imperative for our client to create something sustainable, robust and well-designed for the longer-term.

In August 2021, Wuhan University received the largest donation in its history: 1 billion yuan, from alumni Dongsheng Chen of Taikang Insurance Group. In the same year, WIT Design & Research completed a most notable project: the restoration of the former residence of Dong Fureng into a memorial museum, commissioned by the Dong Fureng Foundation, with Dongsheng Chen is the main promoter of this project. Chen was giving back to his alma mater, and expressing gratitude to his teacher. For us, the general public, the gesture demonstrates the impact economists and entrepreneurs can make on our society.
