Banyan Tree Nanjing Garden Expo is a luxury hotel located on Tangshan Mountain, which was once a paradise dense with clouds and mists. However, the exploitation and destruction by humans have stripped its vegetation, changed the geography, eroded the soil, and damaged landscape, turning Tangshan Mountain into devastated industrial ruins.

The main objective has been to transform an inward-looking, utilitarian warehouse into a state-of-the-art, carbon neutral facility which places the user and the visitor at the centre of the operations and experience of the building.

BAU (Brearley Architects & Urbanists): Jiangyin is on the Yangtze, the world’s busiest working river. The city is regenerating part of its industrial docklands as a high density live-work district. Stage one of this major project is the creation of a 4 km public realm along the river edge. The design was selected through invited competition.

Earthitects: Stone Lodges - Private Residences are spread across a forested hillside. Built on sloping land on the side of a mountain, they are inspired by the grammar of Mountain Lodges and the native design aesthetic.

The Amsterdam based architectural office NL Architects has designed "Clelia Tower Limassol" a proposal for a hyper luxurious residential tower in Limassol, Agios Tychonas, Cyprus commissioned by Clelia Haji-loannou. The word UNIQUE is one of the more frequently used terms in real estate. You could say that the word has lost some of its meaning.
