The Mexican architecture firm Rafael Pardo Arquitectos led by Rafael Pardo Ramos has recently completed Zoncuantla Apartments, a seven storey residential building located on the outskirts of Coatepc city, Veracruz, Mexico.

A radical remodel of a 1990s attic apartment in Prague Libeň. We are in the attic of a 1930s townhouse in Prague Libeň. An apartment was built here in the 1990s. But there were too many rooms, more than the client needed, anyway. The joy of open attic space was lost in the clutter. Our task was to find it again.

Duplex apartment designed by Pogodin Rogov Group, is an apartment for a young couple in Korolev, Moscow Region. High ceilings made it possible to form a second level for a bedroom with a wardrobe, resulting in a concise two-light space, as well as an increased useful area.

The Colossus Apartment project is a space for a young man who enjoys an everyday view of Kyiv's historic downtown from the height of the 19th floor. The apartment is located in the residential complex "Skyline" of the green Pechersk district, which is rapidly being built up now.

Many people are afraid of dark interiors, because there is a widespread belief that it is uncomfortable to be in such an atmosphere, the space seems narrow and gloomy. It is not surprising that dark interiors are much smaller than light and bright ones. With this project, we want to show that dark shades can be attractive, elegant and in no way repulsive.

This is an apartment of 130 sq.m. for a married couple with two children located in the central district of Saint Petersburg in a business-class house, next to the Botanical Garden. The customer is from Dagestan (republic of Russia situated on the Caspian Sea) Therefore, our natural desire was to bring ethnic notes to the interior, but very delicately and unobtrusively.

How do you create one open space out of a large multi-room apartment so that there doesn't have to be a door between rooms because the client wanted as few as possible, but you still felt like the rooms were separated?
