The Bunker House is a custom two-story house with a bomb shelter in the basement. It is fully equipped for a long stay: it has comfortable sleeping places and rest areas, a separate room for food and water supplies, bathrooms with showers and sewage, and a private kitchen. Even a winter garden with artificial lighting is planned — everything for the psychological comfort of the residents.

Symphony 303 is an orchestra. Here the cello sounds softly with the morning light streaming through the window, the open door to the living room and the balcony space is filled with the tenderness of the harp, the planted trees and the scent of flowers play gracefully with the sounds of the piano.

Traditional construction methods combined with modern living comfort in the midst of breath-taking scenery. These aspects characterize House K2 on the Renon high plateau. Surrounded by woods and meadows, the building offers an ideal retreat in the middle of the mountains.

From designing themed concept restaurants, coffee shops, bars to hotels, Keith Pillow, Creative Director and Founder of DAAA Haus has recently finished his own new family home, Casa K. It has been designed and developed to reflect the new family lifestyle. 

The project is a luxurious high-end residential locating at one of the prominent locations in Erbil city. Over a plot area of 170000 sqm, and with a built-up area of 32000 sqm, the buildings comprise. 

Our task was to develop a visualization that will be the first key step in introducing this new product to the market and introducing future residents to an inspiring space filled with the spirit of prosperity and art.
