The first thing you see as you approach Casa Volta are three brick vaults floating amidst the dense vegetation of the Oaxacan coast. Perhaps a mirage caused by the profuse and humid heat of the area. Then, following a small path, one submerges in the vegetation and the vaults disappear.

Casa TO by the renowned architect Ludwig Godefroy, was developed under the watchword of simplicity and conceptual elegance, bringing together tradition and the avant-garde in a unique structure embraced by a peaceful natural setting.

Located in the small town of Troncones a few minutes away from the International Airport of Zihuatanejo, considered a world renowned secret getaway and an excellent surf destination, Lo Sereno emerges as a private refuge by the Pacific Coast beach.

Located a few steps from one of the most emblematic avenues of the city of Mérida, Casa Maca is a historic former residence from the Porfiriato era. Visitors are transported to the past, where they are easily captivated by the vitality of the structure’s colors and textures.

Conceived and designed by entrepreneur Ezequiel Ayarza Sforza, along with the Mexican architecture studio PRODUCTORA, the Casa Bautista project located in the heart of the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve finds expression in a sculptural house that merges with its natural surroundings, seeming to emerge from the sea like a rock and float over the treetops.

Casa Lorena is located in Mérida historic downtown in Mexico and is part of what was once a house from the beginning of the 20th century, the property has been divided several times until reaching its current dimensions with only 4.5 meters front, a quarter of its original size.

This home complements an urban façade that we have had the opportunity to create over three years. This façade is made up of four projects by the studio. As this is the last one oriented towards the western axis of the central block of the development, we were interested in using a warmer colour scheme and a more enclosed volume than the rest of the houses as an exercise to obtain a different impact on the other three adjoining ones.

In the town of Bacalar, situated in the state of Quintana Roo, one of the rarest and most beautiful gems of the Caribbean is kept, Casa Málaga. Málaga is a living space located in a centric neighborhood, surrounded by life and that familiar flavor of home.
