We all know how beautiful old buildings can be. Many are alive with character and have a rich history that should be kept preserved for as long as possible. But what happens when these old buildings come with problems?

Next to the renovated main building of the Tabalugahaus (former youth hostel Jägersbrunn), which was financed by the Thomas-Haffa-Foundation + Peter Maffay Foundation in 2010, was an old, dilapidated summer house.  Already parallel to the renovation, long before the building owner knew what was to happen to it, we proposed to create a bold and modern replacement building in wood to complement the tranquil main house

Famiglia is much more than an ice cream store, it is a meeting point that makes people talk, firstly because of the richness of the ice cream and secondly because of everything that the brand generates. Based on these premises, we sought to innovate the way in which the space was conceived, inspired firstly by the creaminess of the ice cream and secondly by the corporate elements that the brand as such had.

Villa Rumipal, a mountain small town belonging to the Calamuchita department. Its large mirror of water and small population transmits an atmosphere of silence and tranquility. House El Encuentro is located on a 1,400m2 lot between party walls, located two blocks from the lake.

House remodeling is a messy and complicated process, but it's an exciting time, too. You get to turn your home into something that reflects your dreams and style. The only downside is the mess that's made while you're getting there.

This project is a conceptual design of a house located in a private cenote. The cenotes were sacred sites for the Mayans. They were considered symbols of life and death as they provided fresh water and were believed to be the gateway to the underworld.
