Jorge Vintimilla Arquitecto: Residencia RT, turns out to be a modern project with an iconic character, born from the converging nuance of introspective architecture and minimalism, thus creating a stylized architectural element through pure lines, which merges and contrasts very well with nature, thus creating a unique sensory experience.
In Residence RT, the clean façade and clearly defined geometrics stand out, as well as the use of smooth surfaces without ornamentation highlighting the minimalist style, its exterior lighting is strategically placed to highlight the architectural lines and certain elements of the design, such as textures and entrances. Recessed lights on the floor and walls enhance the structure and create a cozy atmosphere at night.
A palette of sober and elegant materials is used. The wood, visible on the door and vertical slats, contrasts with the smooth surfaces of the walls, adding warmth to the overall design, while its lighting and the design of the openings create an interesting play of shadows, adding depth and dynamism to the simple structure, allowing for a mix of privacy and transparency.
