GAM: El Ajusco, a majestic mountain range south of Mexico City, is a sanctuary of biodiversity and spirituality. Its hills and valleys host a lush variety of flora and fauna and have been home to ancestral cultures with a deep and meaningful connection to the land. In this sacred environment, the vision of an eco-sustainable development inspired by the serpent, a spiritual and mysterious being symbolizing transformation and renewal, takes shape.

This development is conceived as a living organism, always in the process of transformation and adaptation to its surroundings. Its fluid and curvilinear design harmoniously merges with the topography of Ajusco, respecting and honoring the natural beauty of the place. By adopting the form of the serpent, this development also embraces its capacity for renewal and regeneration. It incorporates water capture and reuse systems, green roofs, and permaculture practices to minimize its environmental impact and promote sustainability.
