Mozhgan Vaez: At Glasshouse Bistro, architecture is not just about structure—it’s about creating an experience. Every element, from the glass block walls to the carefully curated color palette, is designed to enhance the atmosphere and make the space feel light, open, and refreshing.

The walls, built with translucent glass blocks in shades of mint green and ocean blue, allow natural light to softly filter through, filling the space with a dreamlike glow that changes throughout the day. In the morning, the light is crisp and cool; by afternoon, it warms up, creating a golden hue that dances across the surfaces.

A large arched window, framing a lush tropical courtyard with swaying palm trees, serves as a natural connection between the indoors and the serene outdoor environment. Whether you’re sitting inside or just passing by, the play of light, reflections, and the contrast between the cool glass and warm greenery creates a unique visual experience.

At the heart of the bistro, a glass block counter subtly glows under daylight, mirroring the surrounding design and enhancing the fluidity of the space. The seating area, with its pastel-toned chairs and minimal wooden tables, is arranged to maximize both comfort and aesthetics, inviting guests to relax, socialize, or simply soak in the ambiance.

More than just a café, Glasshouse Bistro is a space designed to evoke a feeling of tranquility and escape. The combination of natural light, fresh greenery, and a carefully balanced modern aesthetic makes this place a cool oasis within the warmth of the island. Whether you're seeking a quiet corner for reflection, a cozy spot for conversation, or a beautifully designed space to enjoy a cup of coffee, this bistro is meant to be felt, not just seen.
