RACMA Arquitectura: The first request, from this young couple of professionals without children, was a conventional 2-bedroom house, without major pretensions. However, that possibility did not at all represent the couple's free and progressive, if slightly antisocial, spirit.

Our proposal then consisted of a loft, conceived as a space closed to the outside, whose geometry would become an urban sculpture, and towards the interior, a fluid space without physical barriers, which would provide versatility of flexible uses.

In short, a refuge, a small personal oasis surrounded by a garden, and preserving the avocado, which gave the project its name.
