Alta Arquitectura : Coral House speaks of a play of sensations through its elements; the exterior provides a solid form that evokes protection and privacy, with the warmth of its materials: chukum, marble, stone, concrete, and wood, inviting you to discover its interior.

The entrance, a grand portico, creates a sense of spaciousness with its double height, floating staircase, and a water mirror. The ground floor houses the social areas arranged linearly, serving as the focal point for family interaction with a direct connection to the garden, in addition to a guest bedroom.

On the upper floor, there is a TV room, a study, and 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and walk-in closets, two with a view of the garden. The interior facade plays with transparency, allowing for natural ventilation and lighting. The presence of vegetation completes the atmosphere, surrounding and embracing the perimeter spaces of the house.
