Nestled on the serene landscape of La Barra de Colotepec, facing the golden sands of the Pacific Coast, Casona Sforza presents a unique architecture inspired by the vernacular tradition and an experience of sustainable luxury, offering personal attention, exclusivity and privacy. Its concept places center-stage the value of being aware, contemplating and understanding the beauty of an environment in balance.

The history of the colonial building that houses Casa Hoyos is the crucial pillar that gives sustenance to the identity of this new boutique hotel. The property, located in San Miguel de Allende, was originally acquired by Julián Hoyos at the beginning of the 20th century to make it the first currency exchange bureau in town.

The Iranian architecture practice Polsheer Architects led by Mohamadreza Ghaneei, Ardesheer Ghaneei and Nariman Pirasteh have recently completed Dalan Jahan Boutique Hotel located in Naqsh-e Jahan Square, Sadat Alley, Isfahan, Iran.

Having occupied in estate design related to culture and tourism for many years, with expert experience on plan, design and materialization of multiple cultural and tourism county which covers hundreds of thousands of sq meters, ZOOM DESIGN takes on the soft design of this project, covering showroom, coffee, rooms of 50, 70 and 120 sq meters size and single cabin. In the design of this project, as a observer and recorder in cultural and tourism industry, ZOOM DESIGN explores the different space experience from the perspective of forward-looking with keen insight and expert knowledge.

Located in La Punta Zicatela, at the southernmost point of Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Casa TO is a boutique hotel that crystalizes a genuine experience of contemplative hospitality with a vision of environmental consciousness and social responsibility. The project, by the renowned architect Ludwig Godefroy, was developed under the watchword of simplicity and conceptual elegance, bringing together tradition and the avant-garde in a unique structure embraced by a peaceful natural setting.

The project is located in Maoyang Town on the coast of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. The plot is a typical homestead with its three sides surrounded by mountains and one side faced with the sea. The site is very close to a scenic spot, so the client wished to build it into a hotel and expected to receive high profits. With modern design methods, LQS Architects made this white cubic building stand out uniquely among its surroundings.
