Hayri Atak Architectural Design Studio: The Eco-Floating Hotel is a project whose first leg is planned to take place in Qatar but it also has the potential to be located in different areas thanks to its characteristic mobile feature. As HAADS, our team has studied the project with various opinions and technical knowledge from many different disciplines and visions. In this sense, consultants from different fields such as ship construction engineers, ship architects played a big role in the project process.

Domain Architects: Surrounded by unfinished building site, wasted land and industrial sites, this project is definitely not blessed with a beautiful site. This hotel near a scenic area consists of 48 rooms, an independent restaurant, a banquet hall, swimming pools, underground parking and spaces preserved for later phase development.

ACRO Suites is a 5 star luxury boutique resort set on the rocky cliffside of Mononaftis Bay, in Crete, Greece. ‘ACRO’ originates from the ancient Greek word ‘Akros/Akron’ which means ‘on the edge’ – where the wellbeing retreat is built.

It is not unusual for adjoining buildings to become architecturally connected. But this project’s story is one of a kind: in the former imperial city of Dinkelsbühl, noa* has succeeded in giving different architectural identities, each with its own history and peculiarities, a common face.

SFEEL Designer Hotel TaiKoo Li is located in Dong'an South Road, Chengdu. It used to be one of the areas with the most old Chengdu flavor, with Chunxi Road and Shuijingfang in the south, Caojia Lane and Ma'an Road in the north.

The site of the Emperor Hotel, Qianmen was once occupied by a public bath and so the spirit of bathing and mystery lives on in the new hotel. The design is organized not by spaces and circulation but by emotions and dreams; not by materials and details but by illusions and memories. From the l’Occitane Spa below ground to Beijing’s largest hotel roof bar above, the Emperor will offer visitors and residents alike a new public space and a new experience of the historic city.
