FR-EE / Fernando Romero Enterprise is pleased to announce the most recently project: The Bitcoin City Of Salvador. Presented by President Bukele of El Salvador, designed by Architect Fernando Romero.

The landmark EXO building by Shay Cleary Architects is the tallest commercial office building in Ireland. A unique engineering challenge, the building features a distinctive and highly innovative external exo-skeleton which forms the main structure, leaving a predominantly column free floor plate and referencing the iconic blue gantries of the Dublin docklands.

On a narrow strip fronting a protected bay in Tulum, Mexico, this self-sufficient villa hotel merges home and nature. A path runs from a mangrove marsh through a palm grove and into the main living space, which can be fully opened. The path then continues to the beach beyond.

“The Quest” is a replacement dwelling in Swanage, UK. Planning permission was granted in the spring of 2014, and construction started in October 2014. The build was completed in January 2016 and has won numerous accolades and awards, including: Built It 2017 , Daily Telegraph's H&R 2017, RIBA (South West) 2017 and Sunday Times' 2017 BHA.

The Perched House stands true to its name; wherein the first floor mass hangs effortlessly on the ground floor, forming a minimal and indulging architectural elevation. The house rests in a modest plot size of 6800 sft. The dwelling of 3 bedrooms, common spaces and an entertainment room takes upto 6000 sft in its built form.

Bathroom is an important part of the house, and its design should be carefully considered. It's been a focus of many architects and artists throughout history and its popularity is only increasing.

Wowhaus was selected as part of the 5 international teams that have designed an architectural and urban development concept in the Open International Competition for the new Ecopolis in Sakhalin, Russia.
